About the retreat
Coorg Natures Retreat sits in Kandanakolly, Suntikoppa — a quiet corner of Coorg surrounded by coffee plantations and hillside greenery. The property's two distinctive A-frame ("M-Frame") cottages sit side by side on a single raised deck, opened for booking in July 2026.
It's run personally by the family that owns it — home-cooked meals, a bonfire in the evenings, and a guided walk through the plantation are all part of the stay, not add-ons. There's no mobile network reception on site, only Wi-Fi — which past guests have mentioned is part of what makes it feel properly away from it all.

Every cottage is a full A-frame unit on the raised deck — a ground-floor living area and an upper loft bedroom under the peaked roof.
An upper-level sleeping loft reached by ladder, tucked under the cottage's wooden A-frame ceiling — cosy, and a little different from a standard hotel room.
